Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I second the Motion that Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo is capable of managing the House as suggested. I second.

Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever, that the good Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo can preside over the affairs of this House. However, electing somebody who presides over the affairs of the House is a bipartisan issue. If Sen. (Prof.) Lesan moved the Motion, courtesy demands...

Whereas I see no Standing Order that gives that kind of practice but the practice and tradition of this House and previous Houses before demands that the courtesy is granted. With all the due respect, I will overrule
