Abdirahman Mohamed, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) Explain why the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) and the Kenya Highway Authority (KeNHA) have not undertaken any measures to improve the road connecting Warangara and Lafey Town, as well as Lafey Road No. B95 connecting Mandera Town to Lafey Constituency, which were severely damaged by heavy rains during the last rainy season in the country? (ii) State when will the Ministry release the emergency funds allocated for these roads to enable residents to access services in the Constituency? (iii) Provide a timeline for the commencement of maintenance on the aforementioned two roads?
