(ii) elaborate the steps taken by the Ministry to enhance inclusion and capacity-building of Persons with Disabilities through internships and training programs? (iii) detail the extent to which government institutions have embraced disability-inclusive planning and budgeting, thereby securing the integration of resources for disability-related initiatives within their budgets?
