The Member for Kinango (Hon. Gonzi Rai, MP) to ask the Attorney General: - Could the Attorney General: - (i) explain the circumstances that led to the withdrawal of Misc. Application No. E028/2022, the unconditional release of both the suspects and exhibits KAY 055 F, Ford Ranger KCZ 469 A and Toyota Hilux KDB 838P through the OCS Samburu? (ii) explain why other exhibits including 5 sledge hammers, 3 mattocks, 1 panga, 1 spade and 2 iron sheets were not released as well? (iii) tender a report of the investigations by DCI into the transfer of Misc. Application N0. E038/2022 to Kwale Court which resulted to release of suspects and consequent closure of the matter without taking into consideration the plight of victims who currently live in deplorable conditions?
