QUORUM CALL AT COMMENCEMENT OF SITTING

Hon. Senators, let us first determine if we have a quorum.

Can the Division Bell be rung? We do not have a quorum.

(The Division Bell was rung)

I direct that the Bell be rung for another five minutes.
