Disparity in compensation for African Gateway Project affected residents

Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary state the reason for the disparity in compensation between residents of Nuno, Modogashe and Isiolo affected by the African Gateway Project and further provide the criteria used in determining the compensation figures? Number two, what are the measures put in place by the Government to ensure equitable compensation to the affected residents in both areas?
