Accountability framework for Meta in Kenya

Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary be clear on what the Ministry is doing to hold the platforms accountable? The European Union has the Digital Services Act. That Act is given life by the relevant ministries holding platforms accountable. Is there a framework that the Ministry has put in place, in this digital citizen world, that ensures that Meta, which owns Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram, has an accountability framework to the country?
