Muema, a minor, who at 9 years old and while in Class 3 at Kyethani Primary School, was struck by a loose electricity post on the school premises on 16th December 2017 at around 6:30pm leading to amputation of his arm? (ii) state the specific measures implemented by the Ministry to ensure that the family of the minor receives compensation for the incident, including medical reimbursemen to Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum Pending Source ↗
