Originating-House Bills with a formal First Reading whose official Tracker names an individual member. Where the Tracker spells one member's name more than one way, the spellings are merged only under a name form verified against parliament.go.ke; a spelling that could not be verified is not merged, and is counted as its own entry. Role-labelled sponsors are excluded and are never assigned to the current officeholder.

Names are printed as the Tracker prints them, except that 4 Tracker spelling(s) were merged under a name form verified against parliament.go.ke, so one member's Bills are counted once. A spelling that could not be verified is left as its own separate entry.
