How calendar updates and time zones work
Each invitation has a stable event identity. If an authority officially extends a deadline, your calendar receives the new date as an update rather than a duplicate. Cancellations remain in the feed so calendar software can remove them. Exact times are stored in East Africa Time and exported in UTC; a date-only notice stays date-only.
