THAT, this House adopts the Nineteenth Report of the Special Funds Accounts Committee on its consideration of the audited accounts for the following funds, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 15th April 2026 – (1) Equalisation Fund for the financial years 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and 2022/2023; (2) Fish Levy Trust Fund for the financial years 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and 2022/2023; (3) Public Service Superannuation Fund for the financial years 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and 2022/2023; (4) State Officers and Public Officers Motor Car Loan Scheme Fund for the financial years 2019/2020, 2020/2021 and 2021/2022; (5) National Research Fund for the financial years 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025; (6) Petroleum Development Levy Fund for the financial years 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021 and 2021/2022; and (7) Petroleum Training Levy Fund for the financial years 2021/2022, 2022/2023 and 2023/2024.
