THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Social Protection in its Report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, State Department for Children Welfare Services, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 10th April 2025, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution and sections 3 and 8 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, CAP 7F, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. CPA Carren Achieng Ageng’o – State Department for Children Welfare Services; and 2. Mr. Fikirini Jacobs Katoi Kahindi – State Department for Youth Affairs and Creative Economy.
