THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Blue Economy & Irrigation in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 01, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. Ms. Betsy Muthoni Njagi - State Department for Blue Economy and Fisheries; 2. Mr. Gitonga Mugambi - State Department for Irrigation; and 3. Dr. Paul Ronoh - State Department for Water and Sanitation.
