Dr. Belio Kipsang – State Department for Basic THAT, taking into consideration of the Departmental Committee on Education in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 01, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – Education;
