THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Social Protection in its report on the Vetting of Nominee for Appointment as Principal Secretary, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 1, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries: 1) Ms. Veronica Mueni Nduva - State Department for Gender and Affirmative Action: 2) Mr. Joseph Mogosi Motari - State Department for Social Protection and Senior Citizens Affairs; And 3) Mr. Ismail Maalim Madey for Appointment- State Department for Youth Affairs
