THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Housing, Urban Planning and Public Works in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 01, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. Mr. Charles Hinga – State Department for Housing & Urban Development; and 2. Mr. Joel Arumonyang – State Department for Public Works.
