THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretary, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 1, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1) Mr. Alfred K’ombundo - State Department for Trade; 2) Mr. Abubakar Hassan - State Department for Investment Promotion 3) Mr. Juma Mukhwana - State Department for Industry; 4) Mr. Patrick Kiburi Kilemi - State Department for Cooperatives 5) Ms. Susan Mangeni - State Department for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development
