THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Environment, Forestry and Mining in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 01, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. Mr. Festus Ngeno – State Department for Environment; 2. Mr. Ephantus Kimotho – State Department for Forestry; and 3. Mr. Elijah Mwangi – State Department for Mining.
