THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Transport and Infrastructure in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 1, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. Mr. Joseph Mungai Mbugua – State Department for Roads; 2. Mr. Mohammed Daghar – State Department for Transport; and 3. Mr. Shadrack Mwadime – State Department for Shipping and Maritime Affairs.
