THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence & Foreign Relations in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 01, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. Mr. Patrick Mariru – State Department of Defence; 2. Dr. Abraham Korir Sing’oei – State Department for Foreign Affairs; 3. Ms. Roseline Njogu – State Department for Diaspora Affairs; and 4. Mr. Abdi Dubat Fidhow – State Department for East African Community Affairs.
