THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 30(3), this House resolves— (i) to hold a Morning Sitting on Tuesday, 8th October 2024, commencing at 9.00 a.m. for purposes of commencement of debate on a Special Motion on the proposed removal from office, by impeachment, of H.E. Hon. Rigathi Gachagua, Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya; and, to sit until conclusion of the consideration of the Special Motion on the proposed removal from office, by impeachment, of H.E. Hon. Rigathi Gachagua, Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya, during the afternoon sitting of Tuesday 8th October, 2024.
