THAT, this House adopts the Ninth Report of the Public Investments Committee on Governance and Education on its Examination of the audited financial statements of various State Corporations (Rift Valley Region) for the financial years 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2022/2023 & 2023/2024, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 26th February 2026.
