THAT, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Parliamentary Service Commission in its Report on the Recruitment of a Parliamentary Service Commissioner who is not a Member of Parliament, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 29th September 2026, and noting the Resolution of the Senate of 1st October 2026 approving the appointment of the nominee, conveyed by way of a Message to the House on 6th October 2026, now therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Article 127(2)(d) of the Constitution, this House appoints the Hon. Fatuma Ibrahim Ali as a Member of the Parliamentary Service Commission.
