THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 15(3) of the Statutory Instruments Act, Cap. 2A, this House resolves to extend the period for consideration of the Energy (Electricity Market, Bulk Supply and Open Access) Regulations, 2026 (Legal Notice No. 79 of 2026) by a period of twenty- one (21) days, excluding the recess period, with effect from 8th October 2026.
