THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Transport and Infrastructure on its consideration of the Amendment of Article 10(4) of the Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 27th April 2026, and pursuant to the provisions of section 8(4) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, Cap 4D, approves the Ratification of the Amendment of Article 10(4) of the Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission.
