Adoption of Report on BBNJ Agreement and Approval of Ratification

THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Blue Economy, Water and Irrigation on its consideration of the Agreement under the United Nations Convention on the law of the sea on the Conservation and Sustainable use of Marine Biological Diversity of areas beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ Agreement) and approves the Ratification of the Agreement.
