THAT, this House adopts the Reports of the Public Petitions Committee on its consideration of Public Petitions Nos. 07, 57, 70 & 71 of 2023 regarding gazettement of Rachuonyo North, Nyatike West, Nyatike North and Nyatike North and Nyatike South, Chonyi and Chepalungu sub-counties as hardship areas, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 11th June 2024.
