National policy on deworming school-going children

THAT, aware that Article 43 (1) (a) of the Constitution provides that every person has the right to the highest attainable standard of health including the right to health care services; ... Now, therefore, this House urges that the national government, through the Ministry of Health, develop a national policy on deworming school-going children as a crucial part of mainstreaming healthcare access in the country.
