Samuel Chepkonga, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Health: - Could the Cabinet Secretary- (i) provide the status of the Primary Healthcare (PHC) Fund in relation to the Facilities Improvement Fund for public health facilities? (ii) clarify the effectiveness of the Diseases Weighted Payment Mechanism under the PHC Fund and its implication on health facilities? (iii) provide the status of establishment of Primary Healthcare Networks countrywide and state the extent to which they are accessible at the constituency level?
