(Prof.) Phylis Bartoo, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary- (i) explain why, despite the completion of their designs, construction on the Tachasis-Chebiemit, Ainet- Chebarus, and Riadha roads has not yet commenced? (ii) outline the main causes of these delays and provide the current plans, milestones and timelines for initiating and completing these critical road projects? (iii) indicate what measures will be put in place to address the concerns of Moiben Constituency residents, for whom these roads are vital to connectivity, economic growth and overall regional development?
