CPA Dick Maungu, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) state the reasons for the sporadic attacks in Luanda Constituency which has led to the killing of Mr. Benson Maina of ID No. 37696704, Mr. Kenneth Ochungwa, Mr. Shem Omoko, Mr. Rasto Ogendi, Mr. Joseph Odemo, Mr. Jackson Odero and Ms. Peris Ayuma? (ii) provide the status of investigations into the deaths of persons killed and apprehension of the perpetrator(s) who have terrorized the innocent residents through butchering and dismembering of bodies of the victims? (iii) explain the measures put in place to curb the high insecurity cases of killing and stealing of motorbikes in Luanda constituency including having police officers stationed to patrol the area frequently?
