Geoffrey Ruku, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) Outline the status of the supply and distribution of subsidized fertilizers across the country in preparation for the planting season and indicate any challenges that may impact timely availability for farmers? (ii) State if there are any plans or strategies in place by the Ministry to ensure that the subsidized fertilizer is made available to farmers in the various parts of the country and that distribution points are set up closer to farmers for convenient accessibility?
