Joshua Oron, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why the Administrative units in Kanyakwar Location, Nyalenda Location, Obunga Sub-Location, Kanyakwar Sub-Location, Dunga Sub-Location and Lower Milimani Sub-Location have not been operationalized despite having being gazette on 21st July 2017? (ii) provide a definite timeline when these administrative units will be fully operational in order to ensure that the local population gains convenient access to essential National Government Services in the area?
