Joyce Kamene, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) state any reforms that the Ministry has instituted to transform the operational standards of public service to boost productivity, efficiency, morale and retention of public officers/civil servants? (ii) provide plans and policies the Ministry has considered towards offering counseling and psychosocial support to personnel in the Public Service to prevent escalation of psychological challenges? (iii) explain measures that have been taken to ensure compliance with affirmative action principles, especially to promote the education, healthcare and provision of food and equipment to persons with disabilities (PwDs) and orphans?
