Joyce Kamene, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain the cause of frequent power outages in Syokimau and Mlolongo areas? (ii) outline short and long-term measures that the Ministry is putting in place to address the frequent power outages in the above-mentioned areas, and consider compensating consumers for the losses suffered as a result of the frequent power outages that occur without prior notice by the Kenya Power and Lighting Company?
