Aduma Owuor, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why some teachers are still delocalized after the policy was abolished in the interest of family bond and values for the teachers? (ii) state when the Ministry will put an end to delocalization of teachers considering its abolishment?
