The Member for Mbeere North (Hon. Geoffrey Ruku, MP) to ask the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission: - Could the Commission – (i) Clarify whether all monies and properties recovered for the State by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) under the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act (CAP 59A) have been deposited with the Assets Recovery Agency (ARA)? (ii) Provide a report on all monies and properties that have been recovered and deposited to the Criminal Assets Recovery Fund pursuant to Section 101 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act (CAP 59A) since the coming to force of the Act to date? (iii) Provide details on how the monies and assets under the Fund have been administered, including specific purposes for which the said Funds and/or properties have been utilized?
