Oku Kaunya, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the reasons why Mr. Gabriel Akimwanary Obasie of ID No. 7230285 was unlawfully dismissed by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) on 19th February 2018? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain when Mr. Obasie will be reinstated to his position and paid outstanding salaries and benefits for the period he has been out of employment, as well as compensation for the unwarranted violation of his labour rights guaranteed in Article 41 of the Constitution?
