The Member for Ol Joro Orok (Hon. Michael Muchira, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education:- Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) Provide details of the number and percentage of pupils who transited to Junior Secondary Schools and Form One respectively and the number that is yet to report with respect to the 2023 academic year? (ii) Explain measures the Ministry has instituted to locate children who are yet to enrol for either Junior Secondary Schools or Form One in order to meet 100% transition, considering that basic education is an invioable right for every child?
