Oku Kaunya, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why the construction of Tokakakile Bridge was abandoned and has remained incomplete for the last five years, thereby hampering mobility and exposing residents to cases of insecurity? (ii) state the measures the Ministry is pursuing to ensure the completion of construction of the Bridge clarify whether sufficient funds will be available to complete the bridge in the 2023/24 financial year?
