Titus Khamala, EGH, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) clarify whether Ikonyero Market, Shibuli Market, Emukaba Market, Mailo wa Akatsa Market and Shivakala Market in Lurambi were assessed as areas for installation of street lights under the Rural Electrification Programme? (ii) state whether the Bills of Quantities for the project were prepared upon assessment and approval? (iii) indicate plans undertaken by the Ministry to ensure that the project is implemented and finalized?
