Oku Kaunya, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) state the quantity of subsidized fertilizer acquired by the Government for purposes of the year’s planting season and further provide details including criteria on how the subsidized fertilizer was distributed among the 290 constituencies and the 47 Counties? (ii) state the timelines within which farmers in Busia County will receive the subsidized fertilizer in view of the fact that no fertilizer was allocated to the County?
