Dick Oyugi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) provide status of upgrading to bitumen standard of Luanda, Wemilabi-Magada-Mbale Road, state reasons behind the slow pace of the upgrading work, and outline any challenges experienced considering that the scheduled date of completion is 26th August 2023? (ii) state the timelines within which the said construction will be completed particularly in light of the fact that a section of the road is completely damaged and impassable?
