The Member for Kakamega County (Hon. Elsie Muhanda, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary:- (i) explain reasons for exponential rise cases of injuries in health facilities resulting from road accidents from 243,391 cases in 2021 to 1,687,525 cases in 2022 as indicated in the KNBS Economic Survey of 2023?
