Antony Kibagendi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) state the measures being taken by the Ministry to address the widespread abuse of drugs and banned substances in the country? (ii) clarify whether there are sufficient rehabilitation centres available through NACADA to accommodate the large number of addicts seeking help and willing to undergo rehabilitation?
