The Member for Laikipia East (Hon. Mwangi Kiunjuri, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) clarify whether the delocalization of teachers will lead to disparities in learning outcomes and potential discrimination against learners based on their ethnicity considering the constitutional right to receive quality education? (ii) state the immediate actions being taken by the Ministry to ensure that delocalization of teachers does not disrupt learning in any institution.? (iii) elaborate on how the Government plans to address the acute shortage of teachers in counties and sub- counties and further state the staffing ratio of teachers in each of the 47 counties in percentages?
