The Member for Lafey (Hon. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education:- Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) what informed the Ministry to cluster teachers teaching in both Primary and Secondary schools across the country? (ii) measures that the Ministry is putting in place to curb shortage of teachers in schools caused by clustering and ensure that learning is not interrupted by the said shortage?
