The Member for Njoro (Hon. Charity Chepkwony, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary state when the Government will lift the moratorium on the issuance of title deeds in Nakuru, Kericho, Bomet and Narok Counties and particularly in Njoro Constituency? (ii) What steps is the Ministry taking to fast-track the issuance of title deeds in Mau Narok, Mauche, Nesuit, Njoro, Lare and Khingo Wards in Njoro Constituency?
