The Member for Laikipia East (Hon. Mwangi Kiunjuri, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for the Roads and Transport: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the plans the Ministry has put in place to ensure that Timau – Chumvi – Dol Dol, Timau – Ngare Ndare –Anadungoro roads in Laikipia East Constituency are upgraded to bitumen standard considering that they are in dilapidated condition, hence contributing to insecurity in the region?
