Rahab Mukami, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation & Irrigation: -- Could the Cabinet Secretary explain- (i) Explain the status of the progress of the stalled Naromoru and Karemenu dams in Kieni, Nyeri County? (ii) What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure that the said dams are completed in a timely manner, to alleviate the biting drought in the County? (iii) What measures the Ministry put in place to ensure dams’ irrigation water is distributed to the constituents in an efficient and cost- effective way in order boost the profitability of their farming activities?
